1. Gajar Halwa (Carrot Halwa)

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg grated carrots

  • 4 cups Krushna Dudh milk

  • 4 tbsp Krushna Ghee

  • Sugar to taste

  • Cardamom powder and dry fruits


Method: Cook grated carrots in milk until soft. Add ghee and sugar, stirring until the mixture thickens. Garnish with dry fruits.

2. Moong Dal Halwa

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup moong dal (soaked and ground)

Method: Fry dal paste in ghee until golden and aromatic. Add milk and sugar, stirring until it reaches a halwa consistency.

3. Basundi

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • Saffron, nutmeg, and chopped almonds


Method: Boil milk and simmer until reduced to half. Add sugar and spices. Chill before serving.

4. Doodh Peda

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Krushna Dudh milk

  • 2 tbsp Krushna Ghee

  • Sugar and cardamom


Method: Boil milk until thick and grainy. Add sugar and ghee, stirring until it forms a dough. Shape into small pedas and cool.

5. Til-Gud Milk Laddu

Ingredients:
